With our volume it is impossible for us to take actual pictures of each item being listed. Our pictures are to be used as a reference to the design and not the actual photo of the item. It is the buyers responsibility to unload the machine from the freight companies truck so you will need to have a forklift, bobcat or tractor at the time of unloading. If you need Lift Gate Service to unload your machine, Buyer will be responsible for $100 service fee. Products that are received via freight truck (which appear damaged) should be either "refused" or "accepted" with notes made on the Bill of Lading as to obvious damage. Pictures will also be helpful in filing a freight claim. Notify us within 24 hours of shipping damages.
